1. Where do your products come from?
We work with trusted global manufacturers and suppliers to bring you high-quality furniture at affordable prices. Each item is carefully selected for its design, durability, and craftsmanship.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
• USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
• UK & Europe: 7–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially during busy seasons.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@emmarichie.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and can’t be modified.
9. Are the colors of the furniture accurate?
We do our best to display all product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

11. Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our furniture is designed for easy self-assembly and includes clear instructions. At this time, we do not offer in-home assembly services.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure payment options available through Shopify Payments.
